I chose a mid Victorian hairstyle for my Miss Havisham character. After all the hair charts that I've created I feel like this one would go best with the makeup look that I've came up with. Also it doesn't look like it was just styled, because that was the last thing on Miss Havisham's mind.

Step 1
Create a middle parting - it doesn't have to be that straight or neat. Take the hair from the crown of the head and sides and secure it with a hair band at the back, not too high and not too low. Then split the pony tail into two sections and twist them around to create a bun and secure it with pins.
Step 2
Take a pintail comb and section the hair that will be curled at the front (the line should be just above each ear). Make 3 even sections on each side and curl them with bigger tongs.
Step 3
Curl the rest of the hair using the same tongs, the sections you take don't have to be even. then pin the curls around the bun, letting the curls fall at the back. leave one strand of hair out of the bun and let it fall at the back.
Step 4
Use your fingers to brush through the curls that are framing the face to give them that messy look and hairspray. Use the Tony&Guy Sea Salt Texturising Spray to make the hair look greasy - first spray it on your fingers and then apply the product on the roots. Comb the fringe to set them in place. To get that dusty look dip the powder brush into white baby powder. Keep the brush a few inches away from the hair and then let the powder to fall, rather than working the powder into the hair because it won't show.
