Quentin is a figure created in Claudia's head, so he died when she did and rose from the dead, on the Night of the Rising with her. Quentin is the love of her life, her soulmate and makes her very happy. Unfortunatelly, he is not real. That is why he couldn't get the same treatment and help so he remains a zombie for the rest of his (hers) life. And that is mostly why I chose this word. To stay alive, zombies eat human flesh and kill in order to survive and they can't help themselves. He was Claudia's partner in crime and brought out the worst in her. It is kind of like having an evil voice inside your head that says that what is bad, in fact, is good. Quentin encouraged Claudia into killing the man that killed her, Mr. Burton. He is Claudia's uncured zombie side which will never go away, even though she is taking her medications every day. Although he knows that by saying wrong things, he will be forced to spend the night in the tool shed in the garden, he continues to do so. He hopes that one day she will stop taking the shots and join him in his haunting. The question is, will he succede?
When started my research, first I googled images of the show In the Flesh, to find images of the characters. Obviously, the next word was "zombie" which lead me to images of different zombie TV series and films such as; The Walking Dead, Dawn of the Dead, Warm Bodies, Night of the Living Dead and many more.
The scene that I first wanted to put Quentin, was in Claudia's flashbacks, when they both just killed their victim. But because the location that I want to shoot my character in has a shed, I'd like to put him in a scene where Claudia is just about to lock him away. This is also part of her flashback, a few hours after the killing. Quentin is going to look confused as to why she is doing this, since all he did was having dinner.

Quentin's skin will be gray and zombie-like with veins going from his temples, down his arms. He will be wearing a white but dirty and ripped T-shirt which he used as a napkin earlier and there will be several cuts on his chest, showing through the holes. There will also be a few bruises on his upper arm and chest. He will have some dried blood on the side of his mouth. His hair will be messy, but not greasy.

I have created two colour schemes. The colours I used would be a good mixture for my characters make up as well as setting the scene, I think. First colour scheme represents make up better and the second one the entire feeling of depression, mysteriousness and fear that we feel and see throughout the three episodes of the series. I used cutouts of a magazine to create the second one.

The feedback I got from Sharon after the presenting my ideas in class was to do further research on bruising and what would, realistically, happen to Quentins body after using so much strenght to tear human body apart. Also, to do some more research in general, for both him and Claudia.
